HyroTrader pays funded traders on demand once the account is eligible, in USDT or USDC, with processing advertised within 24 hours (about 12 to 24 hours) and no HyroTrader payout fee. The minimum payout is $100 after the profit split, and each request is capped at 5% of the initial balance. The split starts at 80% with a published path to 90%.
The cap is the rule most traders miss. Profit above 5% that you have not withdrawn is not paid. So the timing of your requests matters as much as your trading. Below is every payout rule with worked examples.
Key takeaways
- When: on demand, once the funded account is eligible.
- How: USDT or USDC. You are responsible for the right wallet and network.
- Speed: advertised processing of about 12 to 24 hours.
- Fee: no HyroTrader payout fee.
- Minimum: $100 after the split.
- Maximum per request: 5% of the initial balance. Profit above 5% that is not withdrawn is not paid.
- Split: 80% to start, with a published path to 90%.
- Funded accounts are simulated. Payouts are rewards under HyroTrader's agreement, not withdrawals of your own deposit.
The payout rules in one table
| Rule | What HyroTrader states |
|---|---|
| Frequency | On demand when eligible |
| Currency | USDT or USDC |
| Processing time | Advertised about 12 to 24 hours (within 24 hours) |
| HyroTrader payout fee | None |
| Minimum payout | $100 after the split |
| Maximum per request | 5% of initial balance |
| Profit above the cap | Not paid if not withdrawn |
| Profit split | 80% starting, published path to 90% |
The 5% cap by account size
5% of the initial balance gives a clear ceiling for each request:
| Account size | Cap per request (5%) | Your share at 80% | Your share at 90% |
|---|---|---|---|
| $5,000 | $250 | $200 | $225 |
| $10,000 | $500 | $400 | $450 |
| $25,000 | $1,250 | $1,000 | $1,125 |
| $50,000 | $2,500 | $2,000 | $2,250 |
| $100,000 | $5,000 | $4,000 | $4,500 |
| $200,000 | $10,000 | $8,000 | $9,000 |
The share columns assume the 5% cap applies to the profit before the split. Your dashboard shows exactly how the cap is applied to your request, so check it there before planning around these figures.
Worked payout examples
Example 1: a normal request on $10K
You have $400 of profit on a $10K funded account. That is below the $500 cap. At an 80% split you receive $320 in USDT or USDC. It is above the $100 minimum, so it can be requested.
Example 2: too small to request on $5K
You have $120 of profit on a $5K account. At 80% your share is $96, which is under the $100 minimum. You need at least $125 of profit (125 x 0.8 = $100) before the request is allowed.
Example 3: $100K at 80% and at 90%
You have $4,000 of profit on a $100K account. At 80% your share is $3,200. Later, once you reach the 90% level on HyroTrader's published path, the same $4,000 would pay $3,600.
Example 4: going over the cap
You have a strong run on a $100K account and reach $7,000 of profit before requesting anything. The cap per request is 5% of the initial balance, $5,000. HyroTrader states that profit above 5% that is not withdrawn is not paid. In this case $2,000 of your profit is at risk of never being paid, which is $1,600 of your share at 80%.
The practical answer is simple: request once your profit gets close to the cap, rather than letting it build up.
Example 5: planning requests on $50K
Your cap on a $50K account is $2,500. A sensible routine:
- Trade normally. Check your profit at the end of each day.
- When it passes about $2,000, plan to request soon.
- Request before profit goes far above $2,500.
- At 80%, a full $2,500 request pays $2,000.
This also has a risk benefit. Taking profit regularly means a later drawdown eats into a smaller cushion, and the money you already received is no longer exposed to the account rules.
The 80% to 90% path in numbers
HyroTrader starts every funded trader at an 80% split and publishes a path to 90%. Check the exact milestone in your funded agreement rather than assuming 90% applies from day one. The difference adds up over time:
| Profit in one request | At 80% | At 90% | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| $500 | $400 | $450 | $50 |
| $1,250 | $1,000 | $1,125 | $125 |
| $2,500 | $2,000 | $2,250 | $250 |
| $5,000 | $4,000 | $4,500 | $500 |
The split is a reason to stay funded and consistent, not a reason to push harder. A breach resets the whole path.
A month of requests on a $25K account
Here is how a disciplined trader might handle a month on a $25K funded account, with a cap of $1,250 per request and an 80% split.
- Week 1: profit reaches $700. Below the cap, no rush. Keep trading.
- Week 2: profit reaches $1,150. Close to the $1,250 cap, so request. At 80% the trader receives $920.
- Week 3: a losing week, -$300 from the new starting point. No request possible.
- Week 4: back to +$600 from that start. Above the minimum ($600 x 0.8 = $480), so the trader can request, or wait and build toward the cap.
Two habits make this work: requesting before profit outgrows the cap, and not trading bigger after a payout to "make it back faster".
Multiple funded accounts
HyroTrader allows up to $200,000 across funded accounts (and up to $400,000 across challenge and verification accounts). The 5% cap is per request and based on each account's own initial balance, so two $100K funded accounts each have their own $5,000 ceiling. Remember that cross-account hedging and opposite trades across accounts are prohibited, so you cannot run one account long and the other short to protect a payout.
How payouts arrive
HyroTrader pays in USDT or USDC. Stablecoin transfers are fast once approved, but you have to give the correct wallet address and network. A wrong network or address is your mistake, not the firm's, and crypto transfers are usually hard or impossible to reverse. Copy the address straight from your wallet and send a test amount to that wallet from elsewhere if you are unsure.
HyroTrader charges no payout fee of its own. Your wallet or exchange may still charge to move or convert the stablecoins afterwards.
What can delay or block a payout
- Rule breaches. A breach of the daily or maximum drawdown is a hard breach. A profitable account does not override it.
- Prohibited strategies. Martingale, cross-account hedging or opposite trades, news-only strategies, account sharing, exploitative or high-speed techniques, and copy trading or third-party signals are not allowed.
- Risk limit breaches. Realized loss above 3% of the initial balance on one position, total exposure above 25%, combined open-position value above the initial balance, or low-cap coins above 5% including leverage.
- Identity and compliance checks. Unfinished checks or a restricted country can stop a payout. HyroTrader lists 23 restricted countries plus certain regions of Ukraine.
- Inactivity. An account with no trade in 30 days fails.
Keep screenshots or exports of your account metrics when you request a meaningful payout. If anything is questioned later, you will have the record.
How HyroTrader's payout process scores
Prop Firm Bridge rates HyroTrader's payout process 4.2 out of 5, and the firm 84/100 overall, PFB Verified. The strengths are speed, stablecoin rails and no payout fee. The weaknesses are the per-request cap and the fact that unwithdrawn profit above it is not paid, which demands active management. You can read what other traders say about their payouts on our HyroTrader trader reviews page, and the payout details sit in the HyroTrader firm details.
How it compares
For context, Breakout Prop also pays in USDC on demand after funding, with an 80% split and a 90% upgrade at checkout, and states no payout waiting period. The details differ by firm, and our compare tool puts the payout rules of any two firms side by side.
Common payout mistakes
- Letting profit run far past the cap. Profit above 5% that is not withdrawn is not paid.
- Requesting with risky positions open. A breach while the request is being reviewed is still a breach.
- Wrong network. USDT and USDC exist on several networks. Match the network to your wallet.
- Going silent after a payout. An account with no trade in 30 days fails, so keep trading at least occasionally.
- Raising size after the split improves. A higher split pays more on the same profit. It does not make the account any bigger.
A simple payout checklist
- Know your cap: 5% of the initial balance.
- Know your minimum: $100 after the split.
- Request before profit runs far above the cap.
- Double-check your wallet address and network (USDT or USDC).
- Make sure no open position could breach a rule while the request is reviewed.
- Keep a screenshot of your account metrics.
Before your first payout
Your first request is the one where small mistakes happen. Read the payout section of your funded agreement once before you need it, set up and test your stablecoin wallet in advance, and decide in writing at what profit level you will request. Traders who plan this upfront tend to request calmly near the cap. Traders who do not tend to wait for "a bit more", let profit run past 5%, or rush a request with positions still open.
It also helps to treat each payout as the end of a mini cycle: request, let it process, then continue with the same size and the same rules. The account does not care that you were just paid, and neither do the drawdown limits.
Final thoughts
HyroTrader's payouts are fast and simple once you understand the cap. Treat 5% of your initial balance as a ceiling to reach and then withdraw, not a number to pass. Trade within the rules, request regularly, and the 12 to 24 hour stablecoin process does the rest.
Rules checked on HyroTrader's own site, October 2026. Firms change rules; Prop Firm Bridge's rule changes tracker shows every change.
