Quick answer: a verified review on Prop Firm Bridge is a trader's review marked Verified purchase. Each review rates four areas (trading conditions, customer care, dashboard and payouts), shows the account size and programme, and says whether the trader has been paid yet. The firm's trader rating is the average of those reviews. As a live example, on 28 Oct 2026 Funding Pips showed 4.2 out of 5 from 7 reviews, 6 of them verified, and 14% of reviewers had been paid.
This guide shows how to read the Trader reviews tab on any firm page, what each number means, how to spot a useful review, and how to write one. Reviews are written by traders, never for a reward from a firm.
Where to find the reviews
The Trader reviews tab on every firm page
Every firm page has a tab bar: Overview, Live payouts (where a firm has verified payouts), Challenge accounts, Offers and Trader reviews. Open the tab to see the rating, the breakdown and each review. For example, the Funding Pips trader reviews page.
Editorial score versus trader rating
The firm's PFB score is our editorial score from the methodology. The trader rating is what traders say, from their own reviews. They answer different questions, so read both. Our editorial score is assessed separately from reviews.
Compare firms side by side
To see two firms next to each other, use the firm comparison pages, then open each firm's reviews.
My experience: I open the reviews tab after I read the rules. The rules tell me what is promised, and the reviews tell me whether traders say it happens.
What the numbers on the reviews tab mean
The rating and the "verified" count
The top of the tab shows the trader rating out of 5 and how many reviews it comes from, with how many are verified. On 28 Oct 2026 Funding Pips showed 4.2 / 5 from 7 reviews, 6 verified. A rating from 7 reviews is an early read, not a final one. A larger count is a stronger signal.
The four areas
Each review scores four areas out of 5, and each review's score is the average of the four. The Funding Pips example on 28 Oct 2026: trading conditions 4.0, customer care 4.4, dashboard 4.0, payouts 4.1.
| Area | What it is about |
|---|---|
| Trading conditions | Spreads, execution, rules in practice |
| Customer care | Support speed and answers |
| Dashboard | The trader dashboard and platform |
| Payouts | The payout process and speed |
"Reviewers who got paid"
The tab also shows the share of reviewers who say they have been paid. For Funding Pips on 28 Oct 2026 this was 14%, because many reviewers were still early in their evaluation, and each review shows "Got paid" or "No payout yet". A low number here usually means new reviewers, not a problem, so read it with the dates.
My experience: the payout status line is the one I check first. "No payout yet" on a $5K account two weeks in tells me the reviewer has not reached that point, which is useful to know before I quote their payout score.
How to tell a useful review from a weak one
Look for the Verified purchase badge
A review marked Verified purchase comes from a trader who is shown as having bought. Unverified reviews are still shown but are marked differently. Give the verified ones more weight.
Look for specifics
The account size and programme appear on each review (for example a $5K 2 Step or a $1K Instant). Useful reviews name what happened: a rule they met, a delay, how support answered. A review that only says "great" or "bad" tells you little.
Check for proof and dates
Some reviews carry a Proof image you can tap to enlarge. Each review shows its date, and you can sort by Recent, Highest or Lowest. Read the lowest-rated reviews as well as the highest, then compare them with the firm's rules on the rule changes tracker.
Cross-check payouts
For firms that pay through the blockchain, compare reviews with the live payouts page, which shows verified payouts separately from anyone's personal report.
My experience: I read three reviews: the newest, the lowest, and one with proof. That takes two minutes and is usually enough to see the pattern.
How to write a verified review
Step by step
Sign in free, open the firm's Trader reviews tab and press Write a review. Give each of the four areas a score out of 5, choose your account size and programme, say whether you have been paid, write what happened in your own words, and add proof if you have it.
What makes it useful
Say what you bought, how long ago, and what happened with the thing that matters most to you: payout, support or rules. Be fair. A review that says what went well and what did not helps more than anger or praise alone.
What it earns you
A verified review earns +15 Bridge Points, the most of any single action, and Bridge Points decide the winners of our giveaways. See the community for how the other points are earned. Reviews are never written for a reward from a firm, and the points are for taking part, not for a particular opinion.
My experience: the review I would want to read is the one written after the first payout request, because that is when a firm shows what it is really like.
Questions traders ask about reviews
Are the ratings the same as the PFB score?
No. The PFB score is our editorial score, and the trader rating is the average of trader reviews. They are separate on purpose.
Can a firm remove a bad review?
Firms do not edit or write reviews on Prop Firm Bridge. Reviews follow the site's rules, and a review that breaks them can be removed with a reason.
How many reviews are enough?
More is better. A rating built on 5 to 10 reviews is a first impression. Look at the verified count, the dates and the written detail together.
