Which approach is good Agressive or conservative approach to scale in propfirms?

Which approach do you think is better for scaling with prop firms: aggressive or conservative?

For example, would you focus on taking higher risk to pass accounts and build up to a large allocation quickly, or use smaller risk and slowly stack funded accounts/payouts while protecting them?

I’m curious to hear how you’d approach the balance between speed, risk of blowing accounts, and actually reaching a sustainable max allocation.

When it comes to scaling with prop firms, a conservative approach is almost always more sustainable in the long run. Going aggressive might help you pass an evaluation or build a large allocation quickly, but it drastically increases the risk of blowing accounts due to strict daily loss limits and drawdown rules.

Using smaller, controlled risk allows you to slowly stack funded accounts and protect payouts while managing your risk-to-reward ratio properly. Prop firm trading is a marathon, not a sprint—consistency and capital preservation are what keep you funded.
