Introduction
HyroTrader Perps, checked on 21 Oct 2026: this page covers only HyroTrader's perpetual futures trading: which contracts you can trade, on which venues, with what leverage and under which rules. For the company, its history and the full crypto review, see the Full HyroTrader crypto review →.
HyroTrader is built around USDT perpetual futures. You can connect your own Bybit or BloFin demo account, trade through the Tealstreet or Tiger.com terminals on Bybit market data, or use the firm's own Hyro platform with nothing to set up. That makes it the closest thing to trading perps on a real exchange interface inside a prop account. All trading is on simulated (demo) accounts running on real exchange market data; the firm says there is no real-capital stage at any point.
Prop Firm Bridge rates HyroTrader 82 / 100, PFB Verified, the same score as its main review.

Our Take
Our take on HyroTrader's perps
HyroTrader is the pick for traders who want to trade perps on a real exchange interface, with the widest list of USDT pairs in the category. The trade-off is a stricter rulebook: a 3% single-position loss cap, a 2x exposure cap on funded accounts and a 40% day rule on One-Step and Two-Step. Since the relaunch on 12 October 2026 the 90% profit split is no longer an automatic ladder but is granted at HyroTrader's discretion, the Zero-Step fee is not refundable, Zero-Step caps any single trade at 50% of the target, and each payout request is capped at 5% of the initial balance. HyroTrader's terms (section 13.4) also allow a payout to be withheld or delayed for KYC, sanctions, tax or investigation checks, and some traders on Trustpilot (TrustScore 4.0 from 228 reviews on 21 Oct 2026) report slow support.
Pros
- Bybit and BloFin demo accounts by API, plus Tealstreet, Tiger.com and the Hyro platform.

- Payouts in USDT or USDC within 24 hours, no fees.

Cons
- USDT perps only: no USDC perps, coin-margined futures, options or spot.
- 3% maximum realised loss per position.
- Funded open positions capped at 2x initial balance.
- 90% split is at HyroTrader's discretion, not automatic.
- Each payout request capped at 5% of the initial balance.
- Zero-Step fee is not refundable, and no single trade may exceed 50% of the target.
- Payouts can be held for KYC or other checks (terms s13.4).
- Recurring slow-support complaints on Trustpilot.
- No published funding or fee table of its own.
In-Depth Review & Analysis
What you trade: USDT perps only
HyroTrader's rules are clear on instruments: you trade USDT perpetual pairs. USDC perpetuals, coin-margined (COIN-M) futures, options and spot are not allowed, and mixing spot and margin trading in one account is prohibited. A perpetual has no expiry, so you can hold a position as long as your margin and the account rules allow.
Venues and how many pairs
- Bybit (your own demo account): more than 700 USDT perpetual pairs.
- BloFin (your own demo account): more than 80 USDT-M futures pairs.
- Hyro platform: HyroTrader's own terminal with live Bybit market data and more than 700 pairs; no exchange account needed.
- Tealstreet and Tiger.com: terminals on Bybit market data, with API keys created by HyroTrader. Not available to traders in the United States or where Bybit is restricted, and using a VPN to get around this is prohibited.
The account you connect on Bybit or BloFin is yours; the simulated balance HyroTrader allocates is not.
Leverage and position size
You choose your own leverage. HyroTrader lists up to 150x on BTC and ETH on Bybit and BloFin (lower on most pairs) and up to 100x+ on the Hyro platform, depending on the pair. In practice the account rules limit you long before that:
- On a funded account, your total open position value is capped at 2x your initial balance.
- A realised loss on one position may not exceed 3% of the initial balance.
- Holdings in low-cap coins above 5% of the initial balance (including leverage) are prohibited.
Funding rates and fees
Perps on a real exchange charge a funding payment between longs and shorts. HyroTrader does not publish its own funding or fee table on its rules pages; costs follow the venue you trade on, so check the fee and funding history inside your Bybit, BloFin or Hyro account. There are no withdrawal commissions on payouts.
Liquidation and loss limits
Because high leverage is available, a position can be liquidated on the venue if margin runs out. Long before that, the account's own limits apply: breaching the daily loss or maximum loss limit can end the challenge. A stop loss is not mandatory, but HyroTrader recommends one.
The three evaluations
- Zero-Step (from $89, fee not refundable): 10% target, 3% daily loss, 5% maximum loss, 1 minimum day, 80% split. No single trade may be more than 50% of the target.
- One-Step (from $69, refundable deposit): 10% target, 4% daily loss, 6% maximum loss, 5 minimum days, split from 80% up to 90%.
- Two-Step (from $59, refundable deposit): 10% then 5% target, 5% daily loss, 10% maximum loss, 5 + 5 minimum days, split from 80% up to 90%.
On One-Step and Two-Step, no single trading day may count for more than 40% of the target. There is no time limit to reach the target, but an account closes after 30 days without trading. Funded accounts go up to $200,000.
Payouts
Your first payout can be requested as soon as the funded account is in profit. Requests are processed within 24 hours, in USDT or USDC, with no fees and a minimum of $100 of profit after the split. All positions must be closed before you request. On One-Step and Two-Step, the challenge deposit is returned with your first payout.

Final Verdict
HyroTrader Perps: 82 / 100, PFB Verified. If you already trade USDT perps on Bybit or BloFin, HyroTrader lets you keep that workflow inside a prop account, with fast stablecoin payouts and a refundable deposit on One-Step and Two-Step. Read the risk rules first: the 3% single-position loss limit, the 2x exposure cap and the 40% day rule are what fail most accounts, not the targets. Also weigh the 5% payout-request cap, the discretionary 90% split and the support complaints reported on Trustpilot.
